Spray Painter – Aircraft and Automotive Parts | Full-Time | Dubai

Job Description:
Join our dynamic team at ProCoat Steel Solutions L.L.C. in Dubai as a skilled Spray Painter, specializing in aircraft and automotive parts. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can deliver high-quality finishes while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking non-paint areas.

• Apply paint and coatings using spraying, brushing, or rolling techniques.

• Mix paints and primers accurately to achieve the correct color, ratio, and consistency.

• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure a smooth, flawless finish.

• Operate and maintain spray painting equipment, including spray guns, compressors, and ventilation systems.

• Interpret and follow customer-specific painting specifications and technical drawings.

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all equipment is in top working condition.

• Comply with all company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a spray painter in the aircraft or automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of paint mixing, preparation, and application techniques.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Good understanding of safety practices and industry regulations.

• Strong physical dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 4,000 to 4,500 (inclusive of fixed allowances)
