Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is essential for ensuring the proper maintenance and functioning of our IT infrastructure, with responsibilities ranging from hardware and software troubleshooting to equipment installation and repair.

As an IT Support Technician, you will provide key support in the retrieval, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment, assisting end-users with troubleshooting issues and ensuring the delivery of high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve equipment for repair or maintenance and ensure the smooth delivery of new or repaired IT equipment.

• Assist end-users in troubleshooting IT-related hardware and software issues to ensure seamless operations.

• Contribute to the installation and setup of hardware components, including necessary bug fixes and updates.

• Participate in maintenance activities of hardware systems to ensure optimum performance.

• Perform remote troubleshooting, installations, and upgrades of computer systems and related hardware components.

• Respond to and resolve remote installation, repair, and upgrade requests for individual computer parts.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in installing and troubleshooting desktop PC operating systems and network client software.

• Solid understanding of remote installation, troubleshooting, and repair for computers and IT hardware.

• Extensive knowledge of upgrading and maintaining hardware components to ensure effective delivery and performance.

• Strong skills in attending to remote installation, upgrades, and repair requests for computer hardware components.

• Able to work independently and respond to technical issues efficiently.
