XPENG, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, is looking for a Regional Manager for the Middle East to lead strategic market entry and regional expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of marketing and business development experience, preferably within the automotive or EV sector, with proven success in launching operations in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends in the Middle East

• Assess market opportunities to support the development of product strategies, market entry models, and service networks

• Develop and implement regional brand and marketing strategies aligned with XPENG’s global objectives

• Collaborate with local partners to drive brand promotion, product launch, after-sales services, and dealership network development

• Monitor campaign execution and refine strategies for better outcomes

• Lead the regional back-office team, set clear objectives, coordinate tasks, and ensure effective resource utilization

• Drive continuous improvement through strategic planning and execution oversight

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in marketing or business leadership, with proven track record in launching or managing Middle East operations

• Deep understanding of the local business environment, culture, and consumer habits in the region

• Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and execution capabilities

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus

• Willing to travel or relocate as required for business assignments
