Caliberly is hiring a PMO Manager for a client in the Mining & Metals sector based in Dubai. This is a senior-level, full-time, on-site role with a competitive salary range of AED 35,000 – 50,000/month. The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years of project or program management experience, with a strong understanding of the mining industry and a track record in financial oversight, cross-functional team leadership, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of mining/metals projects aligned with business objectives

• Ensure operational efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainable performance

• Monitor project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets with precision

• Oversee project P&L to ensure financial health and profitability

• Communicate project health and updates to stakeholders

• Manage project risks and enforce governance frameworks

• Build and guide cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration

• Maintain documentation and uphold compliance with industry standards and company policies

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)

• 15–20 years of experience in project or program management

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred

• Experience in mining/metals consulting, ideally with MBB or Big-4 firms

• Strong grasp of mining project lifecycle

• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and multiple P&Ls

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in French is a plus
