AECOM is seeking a Specialist – Stakeholder Management to manage relationships with stakeholders, authorities, and clients in the UAE. This full-time, on-site position will involve coordinating with regulatory bodies, managing NOCs (No Objection Certificates), and ensuring timely approvals for various infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in navigating regulatory processes and managing stakeholder communication for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with stakeholders and liaise with authorities to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs

• Develop and implement a stakeholder management plan and communication strategy

• Stay informed of regulatory standards and requirements (RTA, DEWA, DM, etc.)

• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely approvals for all project-related activities

• Set-up and manage NOC trackers to monitor and ensure timely interventions

• Monitor project schedules and address any delays related to the NOC process

• Track project progress and ensure all activities are completed on time

• Coordinate with government offices, service authorities, and contractors to resolve technical queries

• Attend project meetings and follow up on outstanding tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field

• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages

• Knowledge of NOC and approval processes for infrastructure projects in the UAE

• Ability to track project progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
