Rohde & Schwarz Broadcast and Media is hiring a Field Service Engineer to support the maintenance, repair, and installation of secure communication systems across naval vessels, shore facilities, and client sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with system maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and upgrades at customer sites

• Support system installations, cabling, testing, and commissioning of RF, fiber, and network systems

• Collaborate in antenna mounting/testing and perform system configuration for customer acceptance

• Aid system and sales engineers in site assessments, system design, documentation, and demos

• Participate in warehouse-based repair and maintenance activities

• Prepare detailed service reports and attend customer and internal technical meetings

Required Qualifications:

• Degree (or studying towards one) in Electronics, Communications, IT, or Mechanics

• Knowledge of communication and IT systems; hands-on experience is a plus

• Basic RF knowledge (HF, VHF, UHF bands) and understanding of core networking

• Familiarity with Windows Server operations and virtual machines

• Bilingual in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus

• Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and internationally

• UAE driving license is an advantage

Desirable Skills:

• Strong teamwork, independence, and adaptability

• Knowledge in LLM systems or programming (C++, Python) is a bonus

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
