Airbus is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Consulting Representative (VIE Program) to join its consulting division based in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on improving operations for clients in the aviation sector across the Middle East and Africa. You will serve as the primary Airbus Consulting point of contact in the region, leading projects, building relationships, and supporting business development. This opportunity is ideal for early-career professionals with a strong interest in aviation consulting, who are ready to travel and work independently in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Airbus Consulting’s local representative in the Middle East & Africa

• Promote and sell consulting services to aviation clients (airlines, airports, MROs)

• Coordinate consulting missions and ensure project quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction

• Develop tailored consulting offers based on client needs

• Support or lead consulting projects in areas such as airline operations, maintenance, strategy, and finance

• Report regularly to the consulting headquarters in Toulouse

• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regional regulations

Skills Required:

• Master’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Prior exposure to commercial aviation, flight operations, or air traffic management

• Strong communication in English; French language is a plus

• Project management experience is beneficial

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong customer focus

• Comfortable working independently and ready to travel as needed

• Ability to work in international and multicultural settings
