• Track and evaluate training outcomes, making continuous improvements based on feedback and performance data.

• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in real estate training and development.

• Collaborate closely with HR, Sales, and other departments to ensure training initiatives align with broader company goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training and development within the real estate sector.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
