IDC, a leading global market research and advisory firm, is seeking a motivated Sponsorship Event Sales Specialist for their Dubai office. This hybrid full-time role focuses on selling sponsorships for IDC events across the MEA region. The specialist will be responsible for generating new leads, building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing sales to meet defined targets.
Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify key executive contacts from provided and self-researched lists

Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects to promote IDC event sponsorships

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable event solutions

Send follow-up emails and additional info to potential clients

Maintain CRM records and report market trends to grow business opportunities

Upsell services and close sponsorship deals to achieve monthly targets

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality event experiences
Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Event Sponsorship Sales

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Excellent communication, cold calling, and organizational skills

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities

Experience in outbound sales and CRM tools like Salesforce

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

High school diploma or graduate qualification
