Etihad Rail Operating Companies is hiring an experienced Internal Audit Manager – IT to lead IT and cybersecurity audits across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on IT audit activities, ensuring compliance and improvements using cutting-edge technology and methodologies. This role demands experience in IT and OT audits, cybersecurity, data analytics, and Oracle ERP systems. The position reports directly to the Director of Internal Audit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital transformation initiatives in internal audit and define strategic objectives

• Identify IT, cybersecurity, and OT-related risks and develop a risk-based IT audit plan

• Conduct IT audits aligned with COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and evaluate general and application controls

• Oversee in-house and outsourced audit teams to ensure timely and quality delivery

• Use data analytics tools for risk identification and continuous auditing

• Prepare audit reports and performance summaries for senior management

• Provide advisory support and manage special reviews or investigations

• Promote internal controls, governance, and compliance across the organization

• Update IT audit methodologies with industry trends and regulatory changes

• Train and mentor the internal audit team to deliver high-standard audits

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field

• Minimum 10 years of IT audit experience, preferably in large organizations (Big Four experience is a plus)

• Mandatory certification: CISA

• Preferred certifications: CIA

• Strong skills in planning, organizing, decision-making, report writing, and communication

• Business acumen and ability to work independently

• Preference will be given to UAE Nationals
