Property Finder is seeking a Lead for Strategy & Business Operations to drive the company’s growth through high-impact strategic initiatives. This role involves working closely with executive teams to manage and oversee large transformation projects, delivering actionable insights, and influencing strategic priorities at the C-level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives in collaboration with relevant VPs

• Oversee project management to ensure timely, budget-conscious execution

• Coordinate across the organization to implement strategic projects

• Provide guidance and foster a culture of project excellence within the team

• Conduct complex analyses and communicate findings to the Executive Leadership Team

• Support the execution and mobilization of strategic priorities

Candidate Requirements:

• 7+ years of management experience, particularly in strategy and business development (consulting background preferred)

• Proven experience in leading large transformation projects

• Strong storytelling skills to extract insights from data and build actionable recommendations

• Exceptional project management abilities and multitasking skills

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to work with teams at all organizational levels

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and a track record of high performance
