They are seeking a Senior Surveyor to oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) surveys. This role involves managing survey systems, ensuring data quality, and maintaining operational safety standards during offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage AUV surveys, ensuring the quality and accuracy of collected data.

• Operate, calibrate, and monitor positioning and survey sensors offshore.

• Conduct real-time data quality control (QC) and data collection during surveys.

• Manage operational and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) matters, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

• Coordinate with software and hardware manufacturers for survey-related issues.

• Develop detailed survey plans, including mission objectives, routes, and data collection parameters.

• Collect high-quality geophysical and hydrographic data using HAUV systems.

• Assist in pre-dive checks, configuration, and piloting, both on-site and remotely.

• Ensure that all survey logs, video records, and sensor deliverables are properly documented and filed.

• Participate in the launch and recovery of subsea equipment within the operational sea state limits.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in offshore surveys.

• Proficient in installing, interfacing, and calibrating electrical and mechanical equipment for survey and inspection tasks (e.g., pipeline inspections, geophysical surveys).

• Experience with survey equipment configurations, such as MBES, SSS, SBP, and Pipe Trackers.

• Strong problem-solving skills to adapt to unforeseen situations and optimize survey performance.

• In-depth knowledge of subsea operations, including pipelines, cables, platforms, and other subsea infrastructure.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
