SKME General Trading LLC is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to manage procurement and supplier relationships for private label products. This full-time, on-site position in Dubai is perfect for an experienced sourcing professional who excels in vendor negotiations, product development, and supply chain management. The role demands a strategic thinker who can handle client needs, identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities, and ensure timely product delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for private label products.

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans based on market trends and product demands.

• Handle client requests and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors.

• Conduct market research and analyze sourcing trends and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams to develop exclusive private label products.

• Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.

• Manage purchase orders, logistics, and invoicing to ensure on-time delivery.

• Align sourcing strategies with demand forecasts to optimize inventory.

• Prepare performance and cost-saving reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in private labels.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

• Experience in product development and private label sourcing.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent attention to detail with knowledge of quality and regulatory standards.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and suppliers independently.
