Analog AI is looking for a Stage Manager to oversee operations for their Holographic Video capture system. This role requires strong experience in team management, client interaction, and advanced production technologies. The Stage Manager will collaborate with creative and technical teams to deliver high-quality, innovative experiences while ensuring smooth and efficient stage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stage Operations and Setup:
  Play a critical role in the setup, innovation, operation, and maintenance of the Holographic Video production stage, ensuring optimal performance.

• Collaboration and Coordination:
  Work closely with creative, production, and technical teams, ensuring capture solutions and schedules align with project goals.

• Client Interaction and Project Management:
  Act as the primary point of contact for clients during pre-production, advising on best practices and managing client projects from pre-production to delivery.

• Leadership and Representation:
  Represent the stage’s opportunities, challenges, and trade-offs to stakeholders, fostering a collaborative culture.

• Facility and Equipment Management:
  Oversee facility and system support, including hardware maintenance, procurement, and equipment setup.

• Shoot Management:
  Supervise shoots, manage talent, schedules, and assist clients in assessing and prioritizing selects for processing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with advanced production technologies (motion capture, virtual production, or multi-camera capture).

• Proven success in game, film, or video production environments.

• Strong technical skills in PC IT support, networking, A/V systems, formats, and cabling.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, startup-like environment and leverage cutting-edge technology for real-world solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical understanding of computer vision or geometric algorithms.

• Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art camera and capture gear.

• Experience with Python/PySide or other scripting languages.
