Meituan is hiring a Business Development Manager to expand its global food delivery business in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding restaurant partners, supporting them with online setup and operations, and maintaining strong client relationships through strategic marketing and service solutions. This is a field-based, on-site role that demands strong negotiation, communication, and entrepreneurial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential restaurant partners through appointments and on-site visits.

• Assist restaurants in setting up their online stores on Meituan’s platform.

• Train partner merchants to manage their online delivery operations.

• Collaborate with restaurants on marketing campaigns and provide operational solutions to boost performance.

• Maintain ongoing relationships with partner restaurants and coordinate internally to resolve daily inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proficient in both English and Arabic (spoken and written); must be able to use basic business software tools.

• Strong business development and negotiation skills with market insight.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on communication, teamwork, and execution.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for challenges, resilience, and a collaborative spirit.

• Willingness to work in the field for face-to-face merchant engagement and support.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in sales or merchant services, especially in e-commerce or delivery platforms as an Account Manager (AM) or Business Development (BD) professional.

• Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) across all language domains.
