Dell Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive 3 – Direct Sales to join their high-performing team in the UAE. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, driving sales, and expanding Dell’s market presence by delivering top-tier technology solutions. You’ll manage key accounts, execute strategic sales initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop deep understanding of customer business needs and solution requirements.

Promote and sell Dell’s portfolio, including servers, storage, networking, software, and security.

Manage sales territory/accounts, create account plans, forecast sales, and align internal resources.

Engage regularly with client decision-makers to foster strong relationships.

Lead and provide sales expertise on large and complex opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:

5 to 8 years of experience in technology solution sales.

In-depth knowledge of market trends impacting Dell customers.

Proven strategic selling and customer management skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.

Ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives and leadership teams.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
