Job Title: Female Financial Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a Female Financial Analyst to join a dynamic team and play a key role in managing and analyzing the company’s financial operations. As a Financial Analyst, you will provide critical financial assessments, manage month-end and year-end closing processes, support top-level management in decision-making, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, focusing on month-end reconciliations and reporting.

• Coordinate with auditors to facilitate smooth annual audits by providing transparent and accurate financial data.

• Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes efficiently and accurately.

• Assist senior management by offering timely, reliable financial assessments to aid in strategic decision-making.

• Implement and enforce financial policies to maintain compliance and consistency across all fiscal activities.

• Manage journal entries related to company expenses, commissions, and deal files.

• Calculate and file VAT returns for both company and personal taxes.

• Prepare and file corporate tax returns for the organization.

• Issue and manage invoices for the company.

• Ensure that the company’s AMC policies are in place and manage client KYC document compliance.

• Calculate and process commission payslips for agents, and ensure timely salary distribution through WPS.

• Prepare accurate P/L statements and balance sheets for the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational background in Commerce, Finance, or Economics.

• Proficient in finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with expertise in modern accounting techniques.

• Knowledgeable in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for report preparation and financial analysis.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
