Baker Hughes is looking for a Masoneilan Product Line Manager – MENATI to join their team. This role involves overseeing product strategy, managing complex projects, and supporting key accounts in the MENATI region. The candidate will be responsible for driving product commercialization, tracking competitors, and supporting regional sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee functional, business, and company objectives for product lines in the MENATI region.

• Develop multi-generational product plans (MGPP) based on customer feedback and market trends.

• Present product strategies, risks, and recommendations to senior management.

• Manage complex medium-term projects with a focus on customization to client needs.

• Track and benchmark global competitors, identifying market trends and developing competitive business strategies.

• Support product commercialization efforts, including marketing collateral, technical papers, and customer presentations.

• Provide key account support to sales, partners, and commercial teams.

• Drive product maintenance and cost-out initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Proven leadership and project management abilities.
