Oracle is hiring a Cloud Adoption Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is focused on driving cloud adoption and post-sales success by helping customers realize the full value of Oracle Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to accelerate consumption, resolve obstacles, and promote long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive swift and efficient activation of Oracle Cloud services for new customers.

• Equip customers with necessary knowledge for early-stage adoption and usage growth.

• Manage customer adoption plans and monitor milestones such as Go-Live phases.

• Detect risks, flag new workload opportunities, and assist in long-term implementation strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve support issues and structural obstacles.

• Act as a customer advocate, suggesting improvements and sharing product feedback.

• Share relevant Oracle programs and connect customers to valuable internal resources.

• Support and guide the customer throughout the entire cloud lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical cloud engineering roles with customer-facing exposure.

• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies—experience or certification with Oracle, AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred.

• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and database technologies.

• Familiarity with sales lifecycle and IT market trends across industries.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer engagement skills.

• Strong project management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• High energy, proactive mindset, and a passion for technology.
