Analog AI, a pioneer in integrating human experience with transformative technologies, is hiring a Stage Manager to lead operations for its Holographic Video capture system. This full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi is exclusively open to UAE Nationals. The ideal candidate will manage stage operations, collaborate with creative and technical teams, oversee client interactions, and ensure production excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stage Operations & Setup: Lead the setup, innovation, and smooth operation of the Holographic Video production stage.

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative, production, and technical teams to align schedules with project goals.

• Client Management: Serve as the main contact for clients, advising on pre-production and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Leadership: Represent production interests to stakeholders and foster a tech-enhanced collaborative environment.

• Facility & Equipment Oversight: Manage hardware, facilities, supplies, and technical setup for shoots.

• Shoot Supervision: Oversee talent and production schedules, assist in content selection and processing guidance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced capture/production technologies (e.g., motion capture, virtual production).

• Proven background in film, gaming, or video production environments.

• Strong knowledge of PC IT systems, hardware maintenance, A/V systems, networking, and debugging.

• Agile, adaptable, and capable of working in fast-paced startup environments.

• UAE Nationality is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with computer vision or geometric algorithms.

• Experience with high-end camera systems and on-set/mobile video setups.

• Proficiency in Python, PySide, or other scripting languages.
