Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) is seeking a dedicated Faculty member for Early Childhood Education to join their academic team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering the Bachelor of Education program specializing in Early Childhood Education (birth to age eight). The role includes teaching second-language learners in a culturally respectful, student-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction within the Bachelor of Education program focused on Early Childhood Education.

• Create an engaging and respectful learning atmosphere for students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Develop curriculum and teaching strategies tailored for second-language learners.

• Participate actively in academic planning, departmental policy development, and community outreach.

• Support extra-curricular events and contribute to the college’s broader academic mission.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• Experience in teaching early childhood education, ideally in bilingual or ESL settings.

• Familiarity with culturally responsive teaching methods.

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
