As a Telemarketing Representative, you’ll play a key role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and helping drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided data.

• Clearly introduce and promote our products/services, addressing any questions or concerns.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Follow up with prospects from marketing campaigns and maintain contact records.

• Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach on every call.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, persuasive, and engaging phone presence.

• Fluent in English, Arabic, and Hindi – Multilingual candidates are highly preferred.

• Strong ability to generate leads and provide basic customer support.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn – Freshers are welcome to apply!

• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Business Bay.
