Job Title: Tele Sales Executive 

Job Description:

We are hiring a Tele Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to launch or grow their career in sales and customer engagement within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be the voice of the company—engaging with potential customers over the phone, generating leads, providing product information, and driving sales. You’ll also play a key role in supporting customer needs and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.

  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach.

  • Explain products and services to customers clearly and persuasively.

  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and provide support as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and meet business goals.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Proven ability in lead generation and sales.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Customer support experience in a phone-based or in-person role.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

  • Previous experience in tele sales or similar customer-facing roles is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Currently residing in Dubai, UAE.

  • Nationalities preferred: India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka.

  • Entry-level position – ideal for freshers or those with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
