BEEAH Group is seeking a highly analytical and strategically driven Senior Manager – Internal Audit to join their Governance team. This full-time, on-site role will lead internal audit activities across the UAE, Egypt, and KSA, contributing to performance enhancement, risk management, and organizational integrity. The role involves developing risk-based audit plans, conducting audits, implementing audit methodologies, and supporting Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual enterprise-wide risk assessment process across multiple geographies.

• Develop and execute dynamic, risk-based internal audit plans aligned with strategic goals.

• Conduct and oversee risk-based internal audits across various business units and entities.

• Produce high-quality, actionable audit reports for different organizational levels.

• Enhance and utilize Audit Management Software and Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) frameworks.

• Participate actively in GRC projects and strategic governance initiatives.

• Track audit recommendation implementation and remediation processes.

• Develop and update audit methodologies aligned with international standards (IPPF, COSO, ISO).

• Support forensic investigations and data-driven audit processes when needed.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is mandatory; additional certifications like CISA, CFE, CPA, or CRMA are an advantage.

• 12+ years of internal audit experience, preferably with Big 4 or reputable consulting backgrounds.

• Proven experience managing multi-country internal audit functions (UAE, Egypt, KSA).

• Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Audit Management Systems.

• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) preferred.

• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in internal auditing standards, risk-based auditing, and corporate governance.

• Strong analytical, root cause analysis, and control assessment abilities.

• Exceptional report writing and senior-level presentation skills.

• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.

• Strong business acumen and project management capabilities.
