Christian Dior Couture is hiring a Training Manager for their flagship boutique in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on identifying training needs, executing development plans, and delivering engaging training sessions to elevate team performance. The role supports the Boutique Director and Head of Training Middle East in enhancing the client experience and staff knowledge through on-the-floor coaching, team briefings, and structured learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define training needs and implement initiatives aligned with team knowledge gaps and business goals.

• Execute a monthly Diorly (team briefing) calendar in collaboration with department managers.

• Deliver boutique-based training and activities to all staff members, with on-the-floor coaching and feedback.

• Monitor performance via KPIs, NPS, and customer experience (CX) reports to tailor training solutions.

• Manage onboarding programs for all new boutique hires, ensuring completion of training on Dior apps and retail platforms.

• Support staff development planning with the Boutique Director and Head of Training ME.

• Collaborate with regional training teams for follow-ups, reporting, and identifying further training needs.

• Ensure training knowledge retention through quizzes and assessments.

• Propose innovative training solutions tailored to the boutique’s environment and performance.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Luxury Retail Training role is essential.

• Strong understanding of training and development frameworks.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills using various tools and mediums.

• Proven ability to coach, engage, and develop high-performing sales teams.

• Professional fluency in English and Arabic is required.

• Proficient with training software and retail applications.
