Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a positive attitude and build lasting relationships through exceptional service.

• Consult with customers to help them choose the perfect drinks based on their tastes, preferences, and brewing methods.

• Prepare drinks and beverages according to brand standards, ensuring both quality and presentation meet high expectations.

• Keep the workspace clean and organized, maintain equipment, and manage stock levels efficiently.

• Actively engage in store promotions, product launches, and seasonal offers to increase sales.

• Contribute to the overall success of the team by maintaining high energy levels, professionalism, and teamwork.

Key Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills with an emphasis on politeness and professionalism.

• Knowledge of coffee and tea-making techniques, including alternative brewing methods such as French press, pour-over, and espresso.
