SEGULA Technologies, a global engineering group with a footprint in over 140 locations and 15,000 employees worldwide, is hiring a Contracts Manager for its Abu Dhabi operations. This full-time, on-site role requires a skilled professional with at least 12 years of diverse experience in contract management, particularly in pre- and post-award activities within industries such as Oil & Gas or Engineering. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading contract negotiation, risk mitigation, compliance, and process optimization to support business operations and project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide contractual advice and support across internal departments including Project Management, Engineering, HSSE, and Business Development.

• Ensure contract management compliance with internal procedures and international standards.

• Lead pre-award activities such as reviewing client terms, negotiating contracts, and finalizing LOAs, NDAs, MOUs, and JV Agreements.

• Oversee post-award contract execution including claims management, contract amendments, and subcontractor negotiations.

• Conduct internal training sessions to enhance understanding of contractual practices.

• Represent the Contracts Department in internal and external audits and deputize for the department head when required.

• Engage in contractual risk assessment and dispute resolution with clients and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of comprehensive contract management experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

• Professional certifications in Contracts Management are highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract standards and Middle East market experience is an advantage.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
