Arla Foods is seeking a talented and data-driven Digital Media Planner to join their marketing team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves developing and executing high-impact digital media strategies aligned with brand objectives, with a strong focus on the MENA region—particularly KSA and UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of consumer behavior across digital platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and programmatic networks, and have hands-on experience in influencer marketing and social listening.

Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end digital media strategies that align with brand marketing goals and translate into actionable KPIs and channel plans.

  • Develop comprehensive media plans for digital platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and programmatic networks.

  • Optimize campaigns through continuous performance analysis and data-driven improvements.

  • Engage consumers effectively across all stages of the digital journey—from brand awareness to conversion.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital media to ensure cutting-edge campaign execution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, analytics) to ensure flawless campaign execution and brand alignment.

  • Adapt strategies based on consumer media habits, particularly in KSA and UAE markets.

  • Manage influencer marketing campaigns and assess their impact.

  • Conduct social listening both manually and through tools to inform campaign decisions.

  • Test and implement innovative media solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital media planning, ideally within the MENA region.

  • Strong understanding of media platforms and campaign optimization techniques.

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and social listening tools.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced marketing environment.
