Job Title: Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor 

Job Description:

We are seeking a Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our premium boutique fitness studio in Dubai. If you’re passionate about movement, client connection, and high-quality instruction, this is your opportunity to thrive in a modern, creative, and supportive environment.

As a Pilates Reformer Instructor, you’ll lead engaging group and private sessions, contribute to client retention and sales, and play a key role in shaping the studio’s community and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Instruction & Training:

• Lead 2–3 Reformer Pilates group classes per day during your shift.

• Deliver personalized 1-on-1 personal training (PT) sessions between group classes.

• Tailor each session to meet client goals, needs, and any rehabilitation requirements.

• Ensure a safe, effective, and enjoyable training experience.

Client Engagement & Retention:

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.

• Adapt exercises based on individual needs and progress.

• Encourage client retention and membership upgrades through trust and results.

Sales & Marketing Support:

• Promote studio packages and PT memberships.

• Contribute to studio social media with video content, reels, stories, and Q&As.

• Use personal branding and client referrals to attract new clientele.

Studio & Equipment Care:

• Inspect and maintain Reformer equipment daily.

• Support studio cleanliness and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Schedule & Flexibility:

• 6-day workweek:

  • Monday to Friday: ~2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • One weekend shift: ~9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Be open to schedule changes based on seasonal demand.

• Bring creativity to class formats and studio initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Starting at 8,000 AED/month

• Personal Training Commission: 50% of each session’s rate (approx. 150–200 AED per session)

• Sales Bonus: 5% commission on PT packages and membership upgrades

• Total Potential Income: 15,000–18,000+ AED/month with active client engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Valid, internationally recognized Pilates Reformer certification (STOTT, Balanced Body, Polestar, BASI, or similar)

• 2–3+ years of experience teaching Reformer Pilates to groups and private clients

• In-depth understanding of anatomy, alignment, injury prevention, and rehab techniques

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills

• Currently residing in the UAE or willing to relocate
