GHD is seeking a versatile and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the execution of innovative and practical projects that contribute to the development of the community. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including scope development, performance, and client relationships, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the company representative with clients and subcontractors during project execution

• Monitor contractor performance and ensure conformance to project plans and specifications

• Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors

• Lead project execution plans, including health, safety, and quality control plans

• Supervise and control technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project

• Provide advice on construction methods, field engineering procedures, and financial matters

• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and plans for the project

• Track project progress and report on milestones, cost, and schedule adjustments

• Lead regular project meetings and formulate action items to resolve issues

• Manage client and team relationships, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related technical/business field

• Minimum of 10+ years of related construction phase experience, with 5+ years in project management

• Proven leadership capability and experience managing landscape projects

• Proficiency in project management software, including Primavera P6

• Knowledge of industry standards, contract management, and project certification requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with digital tools and the ability to leverage technology like BIM for project delivery
