Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the English National Curriculum

• Inspire students to develop curiosity, independence, and a love for learning

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

• Support students’ academic and personal growth using innovative teaching methods

• Utilize technology to enhance learning outcomes

• Use assessments and data tracking to monitor and support student progress

• Foster 21st-century skills and creativity in the classroom

• Provide tailored support to English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant subject

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching the English National Curriculum in primary schools

• Experience across the full primary age range preferred

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Strong understanding of UK educational initiatives and curriculum updates

• Fluency in English (native-level proficiency)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience teaching EAL students

• Ability to adapt lessons to support Arabic-speaking learners

• Familiarity with using data for student tracking and personalized support
