Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a results-driven social media strategy to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

• Create, curate, and manage compelling content (images, videos, written posts) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Track, analyze, and optimize social media performance using data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and align campaigns across all digital channels.

• Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, inquiries, and messages to enhance customer relationships.

• Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media to keep our strategy innovative and effective.

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine and enhance our social media approach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally within the real estate sector.

• Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their audiences.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong creative flair.

• Proficient in using social media analytics tools to drive informed strategies.

• Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
