Job Title: 3D Visualizer

Job Description:

We are hiring a creative and technically skilled 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic interior fit-out team in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for professionals already residing in the UAE who can bring design concepts to life with stunning 3D renders and precise 2D drawings. Immediate availability is a strong advantage.

You will work closely with interior designers and project managers to develop and present photorealistic visualizations and accurate technical drawings, contributing directly to the execution of high-end commercial and residential interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations based on design briefs and concept development.

• Create precise and detailed 2D technical drawings to support project implementation.

• Collaborate with design and project teams to visualize and refine creative concepts.

• Ensure timely delivery of visual materials while maintaining high standards of quality.

• Adapt quickly to changes and meet tight project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Currently residing in the UAE (mandatory).

• Proficient in 3ds Max and V-Ray for rendering.

• Strong command of AutoCAD for technical and detail drawings.

• Working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop.

• Experience with Lumion, Enscape, or Corona Renderer is a plus.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

• Must be able to join within 5 days of selection.

• Portfolio submission is required as part of the application process.
