Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Confectionery Designer & Arrangement Specialist to join our luxurious sweets boutique in Dubai. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone passionate about designing elegant chocolate arrangements and floral displays, creating unique experiences for our clients on various occasions.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful chocolate displays, gift items, and floral arrangements using ribbons and accessories. You will also manage the shop displays, ensuring they are always full and updated to showcase our products in the most appealing way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create elegant chocolate arrangements and packaging for a variety of occasions.

• Decorate confectionery items with flowers, ribbons, and accessories to create unique, eye-catching displays.

• Maintain a well-stocked boutique by regularly updating and changing the displays.

• Assist customers in the store and over the phone, helping them explore ideas, create samples, and finalize orders.

• Ensure the store is always visually appealing and welcoming to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in flower arrangements, chocolate tray designs, and gift wrapping.

• Excellent creative and design skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Good communication skills to assist customers and understand their needs.

• Experience in decorating and creating bespoke gifts using various accessories such as ribbons and flowers.

• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Open to Asian nationalities, aged 40 years old or below.

• Salary: Up to 4,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications.
