Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients including buyers, tenants, and investors.

• Introduce current property listings, new launches, and real estate services.

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the property sales team.

• Update and manage lead details, follow-ups, and activity logs in the CRM system.

• Hit and exceed monthly targets through effective telesales and follow-up strategies.

• Stay informed about new projects, exclusive listings, and market developments.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve queries with professionalism.

• Attend team training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve your skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Dubai Real Estate or telesales (required).

• Excellent communication skills with a confident, clear phone presence.

• Persuasive, results-oriented, and resilient sales mindset.

• Strong listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic or other languages are a plus.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools (training provided).

• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic and team spirit.
