Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting real estate in Dubai.

• Conduct market analysis to stay updated on property values and trends.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.

• Negotiate deals and close property transactions efficiently.

• Prepare and manage real estate contracts and legal documentation.

• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and property management to obtain NOCs and handle registrations.

• Actively cold call and source new property listings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or sales preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented

• Valid real estate license is an advantage

• Having a car and valid UAE driving license is a plus
