• Proactively generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and consistent follow-ups.

• Conduct virtual and face-to-face consultations with potential clients to assess their migration needs.

• Recommend tailored migration solutions based on individual client profiles.

• Confidently negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with accurate lead and client information.

• Collaborate with the internal processing team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale.

• Stay informed about the latest visa programs, migration trends, and policy updates.

✅ Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles (preferred).

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in Malayalam or Tamil is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and client management systems.
