Al Tayer Group is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a 6-month contract to oversee SAP implementation projects. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful execution of ERP transformation projects, leveraging strong leadership and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring seamless execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business and IT stakeholders, and external partners.

• Oversee project scope, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and timelines.

• Apply knowledge of ERP implementations, particularly SAP or Oracle, and cloud SaaS solutions.

• Use Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.

• Address complex technical, commercial, and organizational issues during project planning.

• Maintain strong communication across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Ensure project objectives are achieved and outcomes are aligned with the organization’s goals.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• A relevant University degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 4 years in complex SAP or Oracle ERP transformations.

• Experience in implementing ERP SaaS solutions across multiple business functions.

• PgMP® or PMP® certifications (or similar) are an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of processes across various business functions and project management techniques.

• Experience with program/project management software (MS Project, etc.).

• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex software functionality.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially in stakeholder management.
