Kantar is hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and handling sales outreach in the Middle East and North Africa markets, focusing on the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with secondary emphasis on Egypt, Morocco, Kuwait, and Qatar. This role will involve managing the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify new business opportunities across the Middle East, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.

Create and manage detailed cost estimates, ensuring smooth project execution and budget management.

Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations, addressing client needs.

Lead renewal and cross-sell pitches with support from the Key Account Management team.

Engage in effective negotiations, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, using CRM software to track activities and client interactions.

Work closely with the Client Success Team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Proven B2B sales experience, especially in market research or similar industries.

Strong ability to generate leads, prospect effectively, and manage the sales process independently.

Proficient in negotiation, sales techniques, and closing deals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
