Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. This role will involve overseeing daily food preparation and coordinating tasks with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef, ensuring high standards and quality in food production. The ideal candidate will possess excellent culinary skills, creativity, and the ability to lead and train kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily mise-en-place and manage food production across various kitchen sections.

• Coordinate tasks with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef to meet the daily standards.

• Follow instructions and recommendations from superiors to ensure consistent quality.

• Stay updated with new recipes, products, and preparation techniques.

• Supervise subordinates, providing guidance and training for food preparation.

• Assist in managing buffets, special functions, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.

• Ensure high-quality standards are maintained, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Professional kitchen apprenticeship or culinary training course.

• Previous experience in quality establishments.

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and preservation.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Ability to work in a multicultural team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
