L’Oréal is offering an exciting Commercial Graduate Trainee 2025 program in the Middle East, providing an excellent opportunity to gain strong professional experience in a marketing role. The 11-month assignment will involve collaborating with distributors across the region, managing sales activities, and assisting in various commercial functions to support the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on activity plans with distributors in Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.

Update secondary sales reports and adjust phasing plans.

Develop new formats for sales analysis by brand and franchise.

Validate promo plans, ensuring the 4-month horizon and budget control.

Monitor and share analysis of stock coverage by SKU with distributors.

Assist in forecasting and managing monthly distribution.

Collaborate with internal departments to monitor distributor best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work effectively in a multi-functional environment.

Strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.

You must be in your final year of studies or a recent graduate (less than 2 years).
