ZeptoLab, the creators of Cut the Rope, Om Nom Stories, and Bullet Echo, is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead and grow their gaming and animation properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the global expansion of these franchises, forming strategic partnerships, and leading a talented team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global business development strategy to expand ZeptoLab’s brand presence, particularly for Om Nom Stories, Cut the Rope, and Bullet Echo.

• Set and achieve KPI goals, contributing to PnL growth.

• Identify and pursue new opportunities and cross-industry collaborations to expand ZeptoLab’s reach.

• Lead and mentor the Business Development team, with a focus on franchise products and mobile game partnerships.

• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including TV networks, VOD platforms, game publishers, and distribution partners.

• Lead negotiations and secure high-value contracts that drive business growth.

• Present and pitch ZeptoLab’s products to potential partners, showcasing their value and potential.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities in both the animation and mobile games markets.

• Identify new monetization models and creative revenue streams to enhance the business strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in business development within the gaming industry.

• Proven track record of successful deal negotiations, licensing agreements, and partnership growth.

• Strong leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and inspiring teams.

• Creative and strategic thinker who can identify and develop innovative business opportunities.

• Experience with transmedia global brands and franchises is a plus.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Willingness to travel as required.
