Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Art Dei Marmi, specializing in high-quality marble furniture. This role focuses on driving sales, implementing marketing strategies, and increasing brand awareness in the marble and stone industry. You will work with the sales team to expand our client base, promote premium marble products, and build lasting relationships within the marble, construction, and interior design sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand the marble product customer base.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the marble and construction industry.

• Create and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote products and increase brand awareness.

• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and interior designers.

• Manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and product promotion.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to create effective marketing materials.

• Analyze sales and marketing performance, refining strategies for optimal results.

• Organize promotional events, trade shows, and networking activities.

• Ensure smooth product deliveries and customer satisfaction in marble sales.

• Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably within the furniture or home decor industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Expertise in digital marketing tools and social media management.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Creative mindset with innovative marketing ideas.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
