InterSystems is seeking a Project Director to lead the implementation of TrakCare projects in the region. This role involves overseeing multiple project teams, managing relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and resources are optimized, and providing leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Lead a team of local Project Managers and work closely with customers’ Project Managers during the project implementation cycle.

• Develop and implement project plans in conjunction with the Professional Services Director and Health Solutions Architects.

• Monitor project timescales and resources, ensuring milestones are met and projects stay on track.

• Support pre-sales activities including customer solutions, timelines, budgets, and cost estimates.

• Mentor and develop project teams, fostering respect, creative problem-solving, and leadership within the team.

• Coordinate third-party systems implementation providers and VAR partner representatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience managing and implementing large ERP/HIS projects.

• Strong understanding of healthcare activities and the needs of successful healthcare operations.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously using effective project management tools.

• Deep understanding of technology involved in solutions, including database and enterprise application integration software.

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.

• Experience in customer relationship management and managing third-party relationships.

• Self-starter with a client-service mentality and a strong ethical business approach.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with integrated health/business systems like TrakCare.

• Clinical/business experience or a background in hospital information systems (HIS).

• Understanding of hospital procedures and IT technical implementations.

Education & Training:

• University degree with 15+ years of experience.

• Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP, or PMI).

• Degree in sciences, medical, hospital, or business management.
