EVONA is hiring a Project Manager to lead Paint Shop Upgrade and Supplier Work Transfer projects within the autonomous systems and defense sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of Paint Shop Upgrade and Supplier Work Transfer projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure project compliance with APQP, PPAP, and relevant industry and defense standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and timely project delivery.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within the aerospace or defense industries.

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, and defense sector specifications.

• Prior experience managing paint shop operations or upgrades.

• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification.

• Prior experience in autonomous systems or high-precision defense manufacturing environments.
