Job Description:
Join Tad Network as a Regional Sales Manager and take the lead in driving revenue growth and client acquisition for our dynamic marketing and events business across Dubai, Qatar, and Kuwait. Based in Dubai, you’ll spearhead sales strategy, manage key client relationships, and collaborate closely with cross-regional teams to expand our footprint in the GCC.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented sales leader with a background in marketing, events, or advertising to shape business outcomes and lead a high-performance sales team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business development across UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the Dubai-based sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Build strong B2B relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their marketing needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Identify new sales opportunities and market trends to support regional expansion.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for executive leadership.

Attend industry events and represent Tad Network at relevant networking and business development forums.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Sales Manager or Business Development role within marketing, media, or events.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large-scale clients.

Strong knowledge of the GCC market, particularly Dubai, Qatar, and Kuwait.

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, collaborative work environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
