We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Event Account Manager to join our creative marketing agency in Dubai. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, overseeing the successful execution of a wide range of events. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships while understanding their event needs to ensure satisfaction.

• Oversee the full event lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and on-site execution.

• Create and present comprehensive event proposals, budgets, and timelines that align with client goals and expectations.

• Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

• Evaluate post-event performance and gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in event management to enhance service offerings and drive engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or event management, ideally within a marketing agency.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.

• Creative problem solver with a proactive approach and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Experience in managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
