Aionion Marketing Services is looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role requires an individual with a proven sales track record, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for expanding our customer base in the UAE. You will be responsible for promoting a diverse range of financial products such as Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, and Insurance, while helping clients achieve their investment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the company’s presence in the UAE market.

• Sell a range of financial products including Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, and Insurance to clients, providing tailored solutions for their investment needs.

• Conduct personalized consultations with clients to understand their financial objectives and offer customized investment strategies.

• Exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition, relationship management, and effective sales strategies.

• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

• Stay updated on financial market trends, regulatory changes, and the latest product offerings in the UAE to provide well-informed guidance to clients.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Graduate (preferably in Finance, Commerce, or related fields).

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of local sales experience in the UAE, particularly in the Wealth Management, Broking, BFSI, or NBFC sectors.

• Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial products like Bonds, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Equities.

• Proven Track Record: Experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly with NRI clients.

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of Tamil, Malayalam, or Hindi is a strong advantage.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 18,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances), plus company visa & insurance benefits.
