Abdulla Bin Zayed Group is looking for a Landscape Designer to join their team in Dubai. The role involves creating landscape designs, hardscape plans, planting designs, and ensuring that projects comply with environmental regulations. The candidate will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop aesthetically and environmentally sustainable landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop conceptual landscape designs, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations (if needed).

• Site Assessment: Visit project sites to assess existing conditions including soil quality, sunlight, and current use of the space.

• Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand preferences, budget, and overall vision, then present design proposals.

• Planting and Hardscaping: Choose suitable plant species and recommend hardscape materials such as pavers, stone, and mulch. Design and suggest landscape features like fountains, pergolas, and lighting.

• Collaboration: Work closely with civil engineers, landscape contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable practices, including native planting, water-efficient irrigation, and erosion control.

• Compliance: Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, codes, and environmental regulations.

Skills and Tools:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Knowledge of horticulture, soil science, and environmental design

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
