Schneider Electric is hiring a Delivery Manager – Europe within its EcoStruxure IT Services team to lead deployment and advanced customer solution projects across the European region, including the UK, Ireland, and Israel. The role involves overseeing project execution from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high customer satisfaction. This hybrid, full-time role is ideal for professionals with strong project management experience in data center environments and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for software service and advanced customer solutions

• Collaborate with key stakeholders including solution architects, sales, and technical teams

• Manage customer communications, risk assessment, and timely resolution of issues

• Adapt to order changes while maintaining scope, timelines, and budget

• Oversee external vendors and deployment teams, ensuring project milestones are met

• Track project backlog, forecast execution capacity, and deliver regular performance reports

• Partner with presales teams to validate technical deliverables and proposals

• Continuously improve project delivery methodologies, workflows, and practices

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

• 5+ years in project management or technical customer support, preferably in data center environments

• Strong skills in vendor management, analytics, service delivery, and revenue recognition

• Experience in critical facility or data center projects (preferred)

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Professional project management certifications (preferred)

• Flexibility to travel up to 25% globally
